  • Pre-course learning contract with participant/manager/facilitator
  • 1.5 hour introduction session
  • 8 days of training over six months
  • The Leadership Circle (LCP) 360
  • 2-hour LCP debrief
  • 5 x 1-hour Coaching sessions in between full-day training
